About This Spot

Perched on the gentle slopes of Santa Elena, Cabra Andaluz feels like a quiet sanctuary where time slows just enough to savor a moment away from the city's pulse. As you approach, the air carries a faint trace of wood and earth, blending naturally with the subtle hum of live music that drifts softly from inside. The space invites a relaxed, thoughtful pace—where conversations linger and evenings unfold without rush.

Inside, the atmosphere is woven with an unspoken warmth. Soft lighting plays against rustic textures, and attentive yet unobtrusive service makes you feel like a welcome guest rather than a visitor. It's the kind of place where the smallest gestures—from a server’s patient smile to stories shared about the recipes and traditions behind each dish—make every visit quietly memorable.

At its heart, Cabra Andaluz is a culinary journey, inviting you to discover flavors that, much like the setting, reveal themselves slowly and thoughtfully. The food carries a gentle sense of ritual, where simple ingredients meld into soulful expressions of Andalusian heritage. Dishes arrive as moments to be shared, whether it’s the comforting creaminess of a well-loved soup, the satisfying melt of perfectly cooked eggs leaning on crispy potatoes, or the lingering sweetness of a dessert crafted with care. The pairing of a light white wine or a refreshing red summer blend adds to the feeling of ease, turning each meal into more than nourishment—it becomes a gathering grounded in place and presence.

What elevates the experience, beyond food and drink, is the subtle weaving of stories and music that connects you to the environment and the culture it honors. Here, the mountain’s quiet mystique rests in the background, making a simple dinner feel like a shared ritual with friends or family—a collective pause to appreciate good company, authentic tastes, and the calm rhythm nestled high above the city.

The Food was fantastic, would have loved larger portions but other than that can't complain. Julian Patiño the waiter that served us, told us the history of the restaurant and was really kind to us.

This restaurant is a unique experience, delicious food at the top of a mountain, hidden with a special mystique and ritual. Live music transports you and connects you with the theme of the restaurant.

Food was delicious, everything we ordered was great quality. Hummus, croquetas, meat, paellas. The Octupus and Patatas Bravas were amazing! Highly recommended to share some time with friends, colleagues or family

My new favorite spot . Amazing ambience , absolutely loved the live music . Just amazing . Had the best time. I loved the starters . They are all great and at fair price . Main dishes are very pricy. But good in flavor and size. Would definitively come back .
